I really like this! the only thing id do is move the symbol away from the text a little bit and move the subtext away from the main text a little bit, i might even change the subtext to the green colour this will give everything a bit more room to breathe =)

I like the idea and i would love to see this on a mock-up business card on how it works. Your font type could use some more work. And I'm not so sure about the colors i'd try one with more lighter shades of the colors you're using now. Also try a version without the fading of the outer tips. Keep it up.
