Interesting idea, but not a fan of the color you have chosen. I think the mark could be tidied up a bit as well. For example the negative space in the left and right lines doesn't match that of the top and bottom.

I agree on the color- if this were printed in a metallic finish it could be cool- but standard printing it will look like baby poop brown! lol

Also, does it work if the circle of the symbol aligns where the O would be?? You may have to slide Property Mgmt over a bit and make it a tad smaller. But worth a look.
