Personally theres not much i can say about this logo, im really sure what the graphic itself is or how it relates to the subject. Id also like to make a comment on the typeface choice, in my personal opinion its pretty bad. Have a look around for a more contemporary looking typeface.

Remember the Graphic part of the logo must make a genuine link to the subject! Not just a pretty pattern :)

i agree with what you have said about the font on this logo. But as someone who plays a lot of snooker and pool the symbol does relate to the subject as its blocks of chalk and a tip for a cue from a birds eye view. But overall i think the logo is pretty boring and for such a fun sport should be more fun and less serious

Ah I see! Well I apologize for my mistake I couldn't see what you have explained. But should you have to play snooker to recognize the symbol? Im not sure! But you make a fair point and I agree it needs an element of fun added

No I dont think you should have to play snooker or pool or billiards to recognise the symbol, But snooker, pool & billiard players are the ones who will be looking at this business, and they should be able to understand it with a bit of common sense :) still the logo needs a lot of work

I really like the idea, you started off good but you ended up somewhere unpleasant. At first sight i get reminded of the Domino's pizza logo. You should use more color maybe use the primary colors in the cue balls. And get a fresher crispyer font. Something elegant like a cursive one would fit it much more. Keep it up!
