I like where this is going, but you're not quite there yet.
I would get rid of the symbol altogether. It kinda looks like a clip art and doesn't really mesh well with text and isn't really identifiable in the thumbnail version. And the word mark does a pretty good job at indicating orange juice.
I would tighten up the composition and maybe work out some ligatures.
Some good elements going on here and a few to work on. The overall feel of the juiciness is coming through which is good. The symbol could work, but maybe just do a quick outline of an orange shape that feels more juicy and bursting or inflated than the flat detail orange here. I would try to incorporate the text together more. For instance how you started to curve the word fresh around juice...just do that all over, maybe you could even push it to the point of the words forming a circle that represents an orange itself with a few juice drop squirting out in only one direction. Here is an example of the text being used to create a shape. Overall the logo just needs to be pulled together more to seem like one cohesive piece.
