I prefer this logo to the grey one but still cannot understand what is in the sphere below the eagle. I feel it is covering the beautiful bird so I would take it off but that is just me :) good job!

Good job. i like it. For me, just align the "F" and "6" just to make it have equal space or justify the spacing to make it more pleasant to the eye.
