First of all, take the drop shadows off everything and promise you'll never apply them to a logo ever ever again! :)

I'd also take the red border off- it's way too close to everything anyway, AND it's not doing anything other than further cluttering your logo.

I'd also move the subtext down quite a bit- it's practically touching the FFCD- there should be more room there. The font you chose for FFCD is also kind of busy- use a regular filled in font instead of the hollow text.

Just keep it simple. Maybe start over. Are your symbols clip art? If they are, then just make your own symbol and go from there.

Don't use shadows. Change the fonts. Reduce the number of elements.
