Brief from client 

A company that focuses on courses and lectures of all kinds, but mostly about social skills. It focuses on young adults and teenagers.

This is a very abstract symbol. It means improvement. I also got inspiration from the shape of amphitheaters.

The font is Neo Sans, which is friendly and professional at the same time.
