I feel like there's too much going on with this. It's very mashed together, and it feels like there's a forced double image here, but It's hard to see it. Is there supposed to be a figure in the center?

Also, your symbol is far too big, if the subtext is supposed to accompany it. Strike a better balance there as well.

There is a lot going on with this one, and its very distracting. I dont know where I'm supposed to look first, there are so many stops, and different shapes and sizes I have no idea what is important, where its supposed to connect, or the meaning.

Your intentions may have been good(couldn't resist), but this came off as confusing.

Also, why are there gaps in the lower left and right of the Gs? Nothing corresponds with those areas.....(were you aiming for the squares in the Gs? If so, you missed... by a lot)

I agree with the guys on the "too busy" part but I like the concept just clean it up. You don't need all of the separations. Make both "G" backs solid, take out the bow tie at the bottom and make the "G" crossbars solid. Then reduce by at least a quarter.
