Rejected. Sorry, not accepted. We feel the logo is aesthetically not good enough. But this logo has potential.
featuring a brown bear with a chef hat involved into the bear.

The symbol is clever but the idea of having an element in the negative space between the legs of an animal is kinda too "well known", if you see what I mean. The influence is too obvious.
Also, change the font. Lobster is the new Comic Sans. It looks like you tried to alter some of the characters, but it's look like that damned ubiquitous font that you see on every cheap print ads and birthday card.... They even made a website about it =) http://www.lobsteristhenewcomicsans.com/
Shouldn't bear be capitalized as Bear?
