There are many things that symbol reminds me of, but grapes are not on the list.

I can't post what it reminds me of, because I don't want to get banned from this site... none of them are rated PG at the very least.

I have no idea what that black dot is either. It doesn't look like it is part of the logo. It makes the G look like a face in profile.

I like the lettering though, but having a different weight for the different colours would probably help, as could some kerning in Outreach.

My intension was to have the G be a face. the C's arms and O heart. Wasn't sure about it, but wanted feedback.

Also Grapevine is the name of the city. The logo doesn't have anything to do with grapes. In fact, they want to stay away from that.

I, unfortunately, know what you see when you look at this image and I thought the same thing. :(

I would avoid making a man out of the letters. It's a pretty cheesy idea that's done many times before, often unsuccessfully.
