Quite an improvement compared to version 1.
This can be a good logo, have you tried a flat version? You do not need the shadow, and the dashes looks thick compared to the word (studio).
Huge improvement indeed. This is definitely on the right track.
Like you, I'm not so sure about the color. Maybe find something less pee-like =) And make more contrast between each shade.
The font work is good. I would just make the strokes on each side thinner. Right now, they're thicker than the two fonts and it kinda disrupts the whole thing.
One last thing: though it can be ok for showcasing purposes, try to avoid drop shadow effects as much as possible.
Very different from your last version, by far. Almost as if another person designed it :) (no, don't take that as if I suggested someone did, it's a compliment!)
Anyway, as others suggested, I would take this same design and design in black and white. See if you can still make it strong. I am always skeptical of relying on gradients and multiple shades of color. Because eventually, you WILL have to use flat black and white, or black/white/gray gradients. And you have to be sure your logo stands strong even when used in those versions.
It's sleek, but it looks to me more like those round windows in About Us section. Like, hello, I am a pencil, that kind of a style. That gradient in yellow is dirty. Maybe take a brake from pinterest. It influenced you way too much. Carve it on wood or better as I said scratch it on paper 100 times in different versions first, then it will really look solid, bold, confident as a symbol. And if you want to keep yellow - make it bold. But that's just my small opinion which you can dismiss.
Late to the party, I realize, so disregard if this is old news, but this logo feels clip-arty. Clever, but off-the-shelf. From a strategic pov, if I'm looking for graphic design, and as a firm called Graphic Studio you're not showing me something entirely original, I'd probably look elsewhere. Assuming the implied message being this logo is that you can do both hand-drawn/illustrated work and computerized design as well. But there are plenty of designers out there who are good with software but not technique. I say, show us what you can do that nobody else can.

Great work in this version.
