Green Deer

For starters, what you have here is more of an Elk. A deer's antlers do not look like this- they point more upward than back, and they do have a tail. His head would be slightly higher too. The style you are illustrating it in is quite nice though, and so are the colors. But anatomically he needs some adjustments.

neck is too short. also I'd try it without the eye. the subtlety gained would be worth it, I think, rather than a blank deer stare. not crazy about how the legs come to a sharp point either.,
