Meh. There's not much going here. The leaf is very basic idea when you want to give any idea of eco-friendliness. It's been done over and over again. Plus it's not very well done, the curves need a lot of tweaking. Globally it's very plain and lacks personality.
That being said I like this font. You might want to extend the tracking a few notches and be careful with the kerning.
The leaf idea in that style has been used to death.
Leaves are so varied, depending on your region. I think it would benefit you to do some research on interestingly-shaped leaves and try to incorporate something a little more unique to your design.
If the name of the company is Greenleaf, who can argue that your logo must not have a green leaf on it. Only that spend more time fixing the curve on your leaf. It almost look like a leaf, but also it can look like a green peach as well.
About the typeface, I just think this typeface also look very generic, as generic as your leaf, very cliche. It looks very Calibry or Century Gothic. Choose other typeface if you can. I know it looks good to you, but avoid being predictable.
Standing a bit afar from the screen, and I can see your "Innovative Solutions" stands out more than the company name, maybe consider to scale it down a bit or make it gray or something, try and see which fits. Maybe scale it down until the last letter "S" on solutionS is aligned with the letter "F" on the word Leaf?
Is this a technology company logo you are working on?

Think you should use a dark grey instead of black for the sub text...
