The logo uses shapes to form the letters GPS. The logo represents a sprouting or germinating plant.

I definitely didn't read "GPS" when I saw this. The colors could work given the locale, but it doesn't communicate well otherwise. The lower font doesn't really match the feel you're going for either, it's way too bold and aggressive for a modern, loose logo such as this.
