take off gradients and borderline... change font, it's too bad choice.
i don't like the symbol with timeline and arrow...it's too usually and nothing of special! I think u could design another idea.

At least use Symantec colors.

This font is overused and doesn't look any good here (and perhaps nowhere else). The arc on the "G" is a hinder. It does nothing. Same thing with the arrowhead.

My first tought was, that youre work is to tuning up Opel Astra GSI cars :)

The circle in the logo represent, that you start the same work over and over again, or the whole projekt fall in an infinite loop (IT)?

Try deep yellow without gradient.

Graphic mark doesn't make sense, choice of typography and execution are poor.

This is where that "critique form" would come in handy :.
