Brief from client 

A logo to define a new business model for a consulting firm-CSA. This new model involves the three tenets: Social Responsibility, Production over Consumption, and Long-term over Short-run. CSA is a strategic consulting firm that embraces and operates according to these principles, dedicated to cultivating an environment that engages our workforce and enhances the productivity of our employees, maximizing the potential of each individual while collectively measuring the value we create for our clients and society at large.

The three parts of the logo mark stands for each tenet of Guidance Consulting–Social Responsibility, Production over Consumption, and Long-term over Short-run.

I think the symbol is too complicated and looks unappealing because of it. Try at least to gave the same color to the 3 blocks.

The colors by the way are pretty dull and dark.

Great choice of font though.
