"Jazz" is way too close to the guitar, not good. Typography is not really bad but isn't there anything else you can use?
Colors are too dark, they don't complement each other. There are much better colors to use for this logo, just try some out.

Also, you spelled "guiter" instead of "guitar".

This logo is troubling..

I know you picked a guitar to showcase that its to learn guitar. But when i think of Jazz i think of a Saxaphone. Its a smart solution with the guitar and key but it looks like a clipart now. You might wanna tweak your guitar-key and work on your typography. I would suggest you keep everything in one font. Keep at it!
