Hammer Down

Brief from client
Sticker for a racing jeep. The jeeps name is "Hammer Down".
This looks like a childish logo of a cheap metal band and someone made fun of it by putting a clock on the top, that obviously doesn't go with the typo.

The "clock" is a Tachometer (tells you your R.P.M) for racing.
Constructive criticism is accepted and ignorant remarks will be rejected.
instead of being a dick head, can you give me improvement ideas?
*whispering* It kind of seems (from what I've read, anyway) that oscar is only capable of ripping apart bad logos and then hitting 'enter' - he doesn't give any help or constructive criticism if he doesn't like the logo, only if he thinks it's good enough that it can be helped or something. Also, you get two points for use of the term 'dick head' - that totally made me snicker! :)
If this is being used solely for use on a sticker for the back of a jeep, it's not all that bad. The font is really heavy handed and kind of screams dafont.com, and it's kind of hard to read- would you consider using a different one?? I think all of the angles at the bottom are distracting, but I understand that you want to get the feel of the jeep across. Maybe another less decorative font would still get this feeling across without being hard to read!?
I don't think the tachometer is bad at all, but I might simplify it. Take off the three blue dots, and maybe try to simplify the lines going around the circle!? I know that tachometers DO have marks like that, but they might get lost anyway depending on how big the sticker is!?
