I join above comments being on the same page. Questions that I have are: 1.are the two white lines indicating fish spine are absolutely necessary?, 2. could you tied up a motion of fishes to your past concept with a wine/coffee bean place, meaning pour a wine inside a coffee bean for a symbol?

No, not like that - it is a very boring approach. What I meant is that wine flows into a large coffee bean as a glass ( draw an enlarge coffee bean serve as wine glass and then pour wine into it ) like the fish nicely flows in your logo without forcing anything.
I like this logo, I see a clean and pleasant work here.
