I'm not sure exactly on what the symbol actually is. Can you elaborate on this element?

On a side note, I've been looking for a place to donate humans so this is perfect! ;)

symbol shows the cup and flows into it money coin, symbolizes giving something to someone

I feel you're losing the clarity of the symbol. The two lines in the middle and the uncompleted handle didn't look like a cup to me. I think this could be communicated more clearly. It doesn't look bad but it doesn't get the point across to me.

confusing the symbol gives no idea.
thinking how to help ... Might try doing something like a man made of puzzle in a very simplified way ... and a piece of heart as it lacks ... my idea, you're in charge of it into the shape

I agree with Jon. If you remove the two lines inside the symbol, it would be much clearer.
