Brief from client
Transport company.
Logo design for a international transport company.
The company does transports only on ground by trucks and vans.
I've draw a wheel from the "O" with a tire mark, i wanted something simple.

Very good! The brand is very well associated with the business of the company, before reading your description and briefing already figured it was a transport company.

cuz most of the trucks my client has are red, i wanted to see how the logo works on it.

Remove the tire mark to have a cleaner wordmark.
I like it but it feels squashed from below. I would allow the tire mark to break out of the rectangle of the letters.
Ok, first... your tire is not right, it's made from a regular font 'o' and even if I imagine a perspective view, it's still not round like a tire.
Tire track looks like your tire just hit a bump in the road and looks more like a flag then a tire track.
Typography is fine but I think you need a better executed tire graphic. Also, either lose the tire track or make one that will look better.

I might have the tire mark go under the letters rather than through them.
And I would straighten it out- it looks like the tire got loose and is bouncing through the type :.
The tire itself I do not mind. I probably would make sure that you are using the lowercase "o" from that typeface. The tire mark looks like the logo burned rubber. Which probably goes against the qualities the company wants to be associated with (efficient, safe, reliable). With that said, if you eliminate the tire mark, the logo is just a word with a tire, and not that interesting, you may need to add another element, or like someone else said, make the tire bigger. Maybe the tire appears to be physically closer to the viewer that the rest of the letters, maybe you change the color of the tire?
