Watch your colors... you're using a different black in the letter holes and hat, as compared to the background.

Also, does the angle of the background match the italics? It looks like it's a little off, and it would look more neat and clean if they matched more closely.

Not sure if this works overall. The font and brushed aluminum look has a very mechanical feel but the cowboy hat is rural. If you're going to use the hat, pick a font that compliments it better. I think the hat is drawn well but I have to ask, is it clip art or did you draw it from scratch?
