A little bit classical in the composition and in the choice of the font but it's very clear, very understandable and intuitive. I particulary love your little bubble-like crosses.
too much things going on there, too much crosses. The font is ok but overall too classy. Are you sure about tm ? Also watch out about kerning in subtext, or is just my eyes....
It seems more a logo for a medical institution than one for a Consulting Firm of medical institutions.
I would love to see a very simplistic icon with a man (maybe with a tie) in front of other one (with that lamp in its front) or something where the thing in the spotlight say something about professionals and communication for health more than just health, i really wish that you can understand me.
