Wow that is bright, almost hurts my eyes. Lose the gradients. It definitely looks fun, but its a mess, and would be hard to get it to work as one color. From the thumbnail it was not even legible.

Too complex, too many effects. You need good contrast in a logo and it should work in one color if possible. You also need a good idea.
