Every small print company uses the CMYK colors which look awful together. I don't quite get what's in the circle, what those lines stand for. The typography is not nice, you should chose a different font and think the font size over compared to the symbol.
I think I understand where you were trying to go, but there is too much forcing the "T's" to stand out. At first I thought this was similar to the Holiday Inn logo, but I was wrong. Then all I could see was the symbol for Pi. What about a more abstract version of what you have now?
For me, what I saw first was the Hoover logo, The big H seems to be at the same place and the pink is close to the red. I would maybe suggest HTT in white but alternate colours on pieces cut out by HTT although the 2 T looks more like pi. I'm not a big fan of the typography used either.

I like it, But you have many color. Try less color. I know you want CMYK colors but good printing not necesary use all colors.
