If this is actually the proposed logo you have a very serious problem to address. At this size I can read the name but it is so drastically dominated by the rest of the logo that it disappears. If you were to scale this down you would lose it all together. Now, if you took a step back and focused on just the name and mountains as seen on the helmet you might be on to something. the art looks cool but it doesn't function as a logo.
