Too many ideas crammed into one. I think you should go with either the mark in the P or the extended lines of the letters, but not both. I also saw a wave until I read that it was for road transport.

What happened to the Navy and Yellow crest?!?!?!

This one is way too complicated. I am unsure of what the object in the P is supposed to be. Needs to be simplified.

Agree with everyone above, but it's good that you're going for custom typography & the roads theme is clear. I would start with an existing monoline font in uppercase letters then experiment with joining & removing parts to find some nice road-like shapes.
