I like it but your text is playing second fiddle to the illustation.

Maybe play around with the scale of the text a bit and bump up the colour.

It's whacky and I like it though brian is right, you need to give more strength to the text part.

I would remove the flying path of the dot. That dot on the capital "I" looks odd.

I like the pastel colors. I think the entire shape of the leaves would look better in a solid light green.

I don't like the dots-

The font could be better.

Gradients aren't necessary.

The plant shape looks too much like a whale's tail at the moment.
