Got rid of the "stars" changed to black with a subtle outline
that's not a subtle outline, it's a pretty outline, and the colors, oh they burn my eyes. Putting vivid colors really is good because your logo will draw attention, but that kind of colors will make them move fast in other direction, balance the colors in something less bright and shine (less red), get rid of the outline. The idea of stars was misused in the previous one, you can use stars but not so many...
that's better as color. If yer client is satisfied with this one that ok , but I would choose something different for the first part of the word - "in" it's a little diffuse sensation like cannot say if it's "i" or "n". Maybe some ligatures or something should help.

Thanks for the help! The orange wasn't supposed to be as red is it is here, should be a little more gold
