This is a word mark rather than a logo but that's alright.

You need to fix the kerning.

The n and the e look a bit off, i would tweak then a bit.

Globally, this is not very striking visually and conceptually.

The logo is not eye-catching and the gray does not convey the message of the logo, making it look dull. Little space between the letters makes the logo seem stressed and makes the viewer feel stressed. Think about the spacing and what emotion you want the logo to convey.

You can change to a more vibrant colour.
