Mmmh no, sorry, this isn't working. It looks terribly dull, uninspired and uninspiring. It screams "made directly on the computer!!"

Why is the last E highlighted? No idea. Is "JP Plus" part of the brand name or is it just a subtext? It being only slightly smaller than "Elite" is confusing.

The baseline shouldn't be integral to the logo. If it were to be reduced to a small size, it would disappear or be unreadable.

Globally, it looks like there hasn't been enough work put into it. No research, no inspiration and more gravely no sketching.
