logo for dota

Hello dear friends, this logo was made to a team of video games, use textures I wanted to be realistic touches of lighting, I hope your opinion.

This is a pretty good start! But the electron thingy type of symbol needs more work. The circles doesn't cross each other perfectly, they should all meet at the same point. Here it's totally balance. The globe is also a bit too dark, especially against the black background and it's hard to made out "Ionic". It reads a bit like "I Nic".

Good job, keep it up!
