Create a new image that represents the vision and mission of the organization.
ISAND is an interdisciplinary team of experts, ranging from physicians to therapists, that provide integrated care and support for children, youth,and individuals with autism as well as their families while understanding their unique needs
looking for some thoughts
This logo has been tested on several focus groups. The organization has a very diverse audience with a wide variety of ages and even cultural backgrounds.

Right off the bat, get rid of the drop shadow effect. Your logo is almost invisible and it's going to be a bitch to print and reduce.
I like the idea behind, though. But right now, it's not working at all.
I find it hard to believe this has gone through 'A' focus group, let alone several.
