I would change the house to be solid white with the person as a "cut out" of the house. Also I could do without the extra details on the person- everything else is super simple but the person has too much going on, i think.

I dont care for the font at all. Some of the letters look like they were distorted horizonally and the missing part of the 'a' really through me off.

The "i" is weird. Why is it smaller than the rest of the text if they are all lowercase? Maybe try making the rest of it uppercase... or at least the S and C.

The symbol is too complicated, as too many things happen at the same time. The house, the light bulb, the little guy, the crossed arms. Find a way to simplify it. I would remove the pink and blue arms for starters.

Font wise, it's a mess. The tracking is way too tight and generally, this font looks kinda weird and flimsy. The i is almost unreadable as it's thinner that the rest of the characters.

I like the color scheme. This logo has potential but needs some serious tweakage.
