Brief from client 

On my client requirement i made this vector logo

I have made this logo for my local client for his brand

Excellent! I would only throw a little more blue into the lettering to better carry over the colors of the circle.

Your "O" is to disproportionate and skewed.

The over all feel of the logo is that it is over whelming.

I think the layout needs to be simplified

Well, there must be some sites out there where you can post your ads, posters, paintings, decals, seals, emblems, book covers, magazine covers, restaurant menus, flyers, raffle tickets, packaging labels, etc. etc. etc.but I don't know about them.

Post your logos here and you'll get fair scrutiny from must of us.

i want to learn, can you give me coaching.. @scander.. btw i would like to add one thing.. your site logo isn't meat the quality of a logo.. its not readable, the text "all creative world site" it is something like we can't read and the font you are using isn't in vector

No real creative idea here, graphic marks is crappy and typography in "KNOW" would benefit from better spacing/kerning.
Color scheme is dull and uninviting.
