Brief from client
Although happy with their existing logo, Jerroms were open to suggestions by HTDL that it didn't represent the business for the target market they were approaching, namely high net individuals and SME businesses.
We created an iconic J device with a ribbon style design to give the brand a three dimensional element and one which allowed a number of different variations depending on the application.
Colours were chosen to be corporate but not obvious.
The font chosen was Fedra Sans due to it's large x height and minimalistic styling.

I think this fits. It's professional oriented and the colors are appropriate and calm. I like it. My concern would be small format in relation to the subtext stack. Do you have a version that accounts for this?
I won't be as enthusiast as Jon. While I get the idea and I like the main font you picked, I don't think this is really working.
There's way too much subtext. It just complicates the whole thing and as Jon pointed out, it will be a bitch to reduce. I'm definitely not a fan of the gradients in the symbol. The two shades don't really work well together. I'd keep the grey/blue think but swap that out of nowhere purple for a more complementing color.
Good luck.
