I also like this logo very much, but hueroth is right about the J. I can somehow see a J rotated counterclockwise at a 60 degrees angle. My first impression however is that this logo was meant for an insurance company or so...
I guess I don't see the J either- but is that essential? It's a unique enough/ interesting enough symbol as is- maybe it doesn't HAVE to scream 'JM' to work!?!? Just an idea. I like both the first and second options. (But can't really see a J very clearly in either of them.)
I like this for the most part- I'd like to see the subtext be centered and kerned out to fit the width of your name instead of being right aligned. I'd also re-size the symbol- seems like it could be larger and closer to your name!??
I like the logo a lot. I can't read the symbol either but it looks good:)
The problems I see is that the name is positioned too far from the symbol and that the second line should be as wide as the name in the first line. I also belive that the second line has grammar problems, e.g. the print design should be two words and I'm not sure about the dash either.

You have plenty of good ideas and this logo confirms it but i fail to see the j. M is pretty obvious but J is out of my range.
thanks, do you have an idea to read the J more easier?

all right thanks! what about this one?
I like both of them!!! In the first one why dont you give that "break" on the J that you give in the second version? Any way, good job.
