Not a real design agency, right? Because this is a terrible logo, unfortunately.

They are way too many symbols. That circle shape, these 3 bubbles. And none of them is relevant.

The font work is also pretty bad. Never a good idea to apply different colors to one word. These gradients have to go, there're just here because you find them cool, but trust me, they are not. And that green is very acid and unappealing.

To conclude, it really shows that you didn't put much thoughts into this. You just doodle away on the computer until you find something you like. But I guess you are a beginner in logo design, so don't worry it's okay, we'll have been there. Check my comment on another recent logo on this site, the one that is uglier than yours =) I've put some links towards sites you might find useful.
