Joral drivig school

Brief from client
Driving school in belgium, driving lessons and theoretical lessons. Slogan - driving excellence
Yes, of course, but in this case is the line up of the J that close and connect with the O. will be more convincing as a J if you connect the line down of the J. Try it
Conceptually, I'm wondering whether a bent cone is at odds with 'driving excellence', but I guess it's a bit of fun, so we'll ignore that.
Aesthetically;
Deleting the grey circle could help unify it with the text, they don't quite marry at the moment.
DRIVING EXCELLENCE looks a bit plonked on. Maybe it could follow the swoosh?
...oh, and finally there's a little fleck just above the mouth that you may as well fill in ;)
Alexi Vasiliou, thank you for reply. Bended cone reffers to somekind of wizard hat. My first wip results were without grey circle, i found it more accurate with it. About "plonked" subtext, maybe i can agree with you, but didnt see any better solution for this.
I'll fix fleck futher, ty. But there is smile ) there
My main concern is that bent cone, as Alexi pointed out. In terms of strategy, I don't know if it really inspires trust. Also the fact that the magician seems to be sleeping, not what you really want to see in a driving school logo. You might want to reconsider that.
My other beef with this logo is the general composition. It doesn't seem well centered enough and looks a bit off balance.
You are definitely on the right track here in terms of general aesthetics.
I would actually like to see the gray circle shifted up slightly. I think that will help balance out the image a little better. Right now it looks to be centered with the face, which isn't bad by any means. I just think with the large amount of the hat protruding from the top, it makes me notice how little the beard sticks out along with a large amount of negative space in the gray circle at the bottom. Shifting it up will balance out the negative space within the gray circle.
That's all I got. :)

Thank you Stephen
HAHA! Cool.
Thank you, John
Is IORAL or JORAL? except this confusing thing the best logo on this page :) grate!
Joral, letter 'I' never connects in middle i belive. Thank you )
Nice design. There are a couple of bits that are begging to be tweaked, but the main thing is the J doesn't read that well.
I would like to know about tweaks if its possible

I prefer to straighten out my roads. ;) You know what I'm talking about.
I'm having second thoughts about the circle, it's growing on me.
Pretty nice logo you got there.

Bon boulot, continue! =)
I like the idea, but I agree with the others, there's no point in repeating the observation. Looking foreword for version 2.
