Really nice! The only thing I'd change is to take off the slight gradient that's on/under the inside of the ribbon- I don't think you need it! Really great font, I love the color, and it's not too crazy with details! A+! (Although the crown details MIGHT get lost if printed small!!?)
Other than the crown having a lot of detail, that could be a problem in some applications, I like it. It might also look good with a second color on the back ribbon. Maybe a dark gold or orange.
This beer company will be really surprised to see an other company's logo implemented to theirs:

Who's to say that the crown isn't just a piece of clip art that's free for use? I think you might have to much time on your hands, oscar!! Do you toss every logo into a google image search or what!?!
When I look at a logo and I see parts that are way too far from eachother in style, I start to feel testy and I do make a search. And that crown is just jumping out of the logo, you can tell immediately that it was done by a different person. I have no problem with using clipart as long as it is changed/personalized to at least match the style of the graphic. In this case they don't match and in this case it's not just a clipart but actually another logo which would be really funny to be printed on millions of bottles. Actually the logo as a whole is something I like, I fnd it a nice one, but I'd take the time and effort to draw another crown that integrates better by the style.
I agree with Oscar. The crown should match the handwork of the whole composition. Aside from creating a different crown, I might enlarge the typography and finesse the spacing inside the "banner" to make it look more robust and "food-y." It's all too severe for beer...

Aaaaalright fine- I can agree with that. :)
Despite the fact that the crown was ripped from another brand, this is eye candy to me.
who's to say the rest isn't ripped from another brand? Thief! end of!
