Brief from client
Ive gone back to start with the basics. Then thew a slight twist on it to make it familiar yet still unique.
I think its getting a little better. I am not a designer by any means but am looking to improve my skills and knowledge.

It looks like an uninspired 90s logo tbh. Generic typography (like arial) in boxes. "zip" knockout text is too close to the top of the box, and the box itself runs too close to the "t" in Kart.
Sorry for being harsh. But it's hard to critique a logo like this. Check out Fontsquirrel.com and look at the fonts there. There a lot of unique typography options to choose from. No excuse to use Arial or standard fonts that come with Word.
