Right from the thumbnail version, I could see that this is not working. It's unreadable. The font work is messy, the color choice is very poor, these weird black spots just the whole thing worse.

This gives off a perfect motocross feel. But i feel it could be executed much better. The colors fit the motocross world. But your square shapes and typography contradict each other intensively. Try to find a better balance between both.

I have no idea what the messiness is in the background. If that is supposed to be tread, make it tread. The K of KBN is an italic while the others are not, that is very distracting. As for the boxes, I would try to add a black outline to them or remove the black stroke off of the first three and grade the color up to the blue...lighter, medium...etc.

This Design is not Legible at all. It looks like a bad live trace to me. If you really want some good input I would take a look at this image to get a better idea of what logo you are try'n to bootleg. In my professional opinion I would learn how to live trace or even better; learn to design your own logo rather than rip it off.
The interweb is a dangerous place if you don't know what your doing.
