This is YouTube channel for 2-6 y.o kids. Videos with toys + learning colors, numbers...

Simplify simplify simplify. It looks like you took 3 stock images and pasted them over one another.

Too complex, too much colors and forms. maybe you could work on the child+star(grabbing something) idea and make it more memorable (don´t forget, that's the main objective of a logo)
