I hate the glow effect, The font is bad. It looks like it reads OKSIA. There is no separation of the eyeball. The eyeball looks bad. The colors are bad. You need to simplify this.
You need to get rid of the background and the drop shadow effect.
Also, the font is still terrible. Check out sites like www.losttype.comwww.fontsquirrel.com and www.fontfabric.com to find some really nice and professional looking free fonts. Stay away as much as possible from Da Font, it's the Deviant Art of typefaces. You can also do a bit of research on Behance, you can find some great font designers who give their types for free.

Go with something more clean. I liked version 3 best minus all the effects.

The eye reads as an O, and the letters seems to have different weight ro thickness. It needs to be simpler.

is thw forth version and you are getting worse. get rid of ANY effect, go back to basics (paper and pen), take advice from the professionals here.
