get rid of the entire concept and start all over. the cmyk thing is played out unless you have your own unique way of creating a design for it, but start over, this logo is all over the place.

sorry that is not good for logo,you need to learn first on how to make one successful logo.you've got CMYK there.you forgot something?Light Magenta and Light Cyan.:)
