This logo has potential, but right now, it kinda looks like 2 logos, superposed. They are graphically too different, despite the one color they have in common.

Also, the brown on burgundy thing doesn't work.

The composition is too unbalanced and it gives me this uneasy feeling that it's going to fall on the left.

The font is a bit too goofy for my taste, but that's just me. I can see it working.

First I like the fact that you didn't use the typical red, greean and white like every "italian food" place.. So stick to these colors, but brighter. Definitely you have two logos here, you should loos the round one cause the other is more interesting. Place La Pizza in a same line, and the delivery over the pizza icon.
