I like your concept here but I'm afraid the complexity of the car is gonna suffer at smaller scale. Also lubbes motor group woulb be nicer if aligned to the main axis of the LMG.

This looks a lot better than the first version, but it's too long. The lubbes motor group text should be placed somewhere below the logo.
As hueroth said, the car is too complex. And again, you should come up with your own car, the client would not be happy to see the same graphic in millions of other print/web products around the world:

Well, I don't like the car, I think it will be a problem in small sizes of the logo (web/print forms). Try to skip it and put your energy in the main idea of this logo

Just simplify the car symbol, and you'll have a nice logo!

I agree with what everyone else seems to be saying about the symbol needing to a.) be your own (I'm not sure if it is or isn't) and b.) be much more simple.

I'd also like to see something done about the alignment/placement of the text. The font itself is fine, but I'm not loving how the subtext is stacked off to the side- something about it feels very off-balance to me. And I don't think the black line under 'img' is necessarily needed!?!? I look forward to seeing a new version- it's got big potential!!
