Brief from client
The client want orange in the logo. create a logo that could be used in the digital world (online classes, chats...)
This company helps students to study. The elephant is a symbol of memory and is pointing to his head in a gesture of thinking, pointing to is brain that is the focal point of learning.

I'd refine the symbol sole more. Right now it looks more like a dog with a trunk =)
Not a fan of the A to Z thing. I see where you coming from with that, but it's a bit forced and gimmicky. Keep things simple.
