Could you upload a better resolution logo?
I would not combine the text and leaf, try separating them.

A logo which "could be used in many occasions" is de facto useless and is not a logo, by essence.

Globally, this looks very sloppy as if it was done in 5 min flat. The super low resolution doesn't help.

It's totally ok to make mock logos for a fictitious brand, but you have to have a pretty clear idea of the type of brand it is for.

The fern is overtaking the name. I agree Mahayni about separating the two. I would also try using a different font.
