Brief from client 

The client needed a logo which was fresh vibrant and also symbolized the vacations and joy mood. It was to be used mainly in website and digital advertising.

The migratory bird flamingo signifies the long travels in search of better times . The vibrant color gives a refreshing feeling and inculcates the joy of vacations and leisure times. The type was chosen to bring an element of free spirit in the design

Pretty good concept, I only have a small problem with that 'g' ending, I think this would look better with a slightly different 'g'.
If this is going to be used primarily for website than this 2.0 treatment is ok for now but for any other use it would be best you remove drop shadow, gradients & reflection.

I like it- but the Z and G are iffy for me.. same with the web 2.0 treatment.
